- Order
- An order will complete if you have accomplished all the steps during the order and then confirmed. You'll be informed on the incoming orders as well as on the successful use (or delay) by e-mail.
- Delivery
- CONFETTI YOUR LIFE ® ships its products usually within 1 to 2 business days. Assuming that all of you ordered products are available at this time. If some the goods you ordered are currently out of stock, they'll be send to you when they are available again. Of course free of charge.
- Shipping
- Shipping will be via the good old Deutsche Post. The shipping costs will be charged flat per order (within Germany € 2,00 , european countries and overseas € 6,50). For Germany your order will be postage-prepaid when you order for € 20, - or above. For the rest of Europe it is postage-prepaid above € 30,- order volume.
- Payment
- Payment possibilities are via Creditcard, Direct E-Banking, Giropay, PayPal or Money Order / Bank Transfer. In advance, we wait with the shipping / handling for the receipt of your payment. Once we receive it, you will be informed about the processing of your order via e-mail.
- Withdrawal
- As usual on the Internet, you also have a two-week exchange right with CONFETTI YOUR LIFE ® . You can return your purchased CONFETTI YOUR LIFE ® product without giving reasons within 14 days (after receipt of order). The refund is then carried out immediately to the account specified by you.
- Security
- CONFETTI YOUR LIFE ® is careful with privacy and security of its customer data. Since we don't belong to any larger business, and aren't likely to do anything bad, your data will be used only for internal purposes such as shipping and / or for CONFETTI YOUR LIFE ® newsletter (if desired). So you can be sure that your personal data will never be taken to third parties.
- User Information
- As a registered user of CONFETTI YOUR LIFE ® , update your account and customer data - especially your address or eMail. If this is no the case, cancan't assume the additional shipping cost for missleaded deliveries - and it must indeed not happen.
